The price of the escape room experience depends on the number of players in your team. All prices are incl. Danish VAT (25%):

2-4 players – 1,400 DKK
5 players – 1,750 DKK
6 players – 2,100 DKK

You can easily book your escape room through our booking system – simply choose your game, then follow instructions. You can pay for your game at the venue with credit cards or cash.

Special instructions

Please be on time and arrive at the Escape Room Enigmarium® at Skallingevej 5, Blåvand at least 10 minutes before the start of your session. Our friendly Gamemaster will explain the rules and guide you into the game — we’ll just ask you to keep the secrets safe 😉

Language

Our games can be played in ENGLISH, DANISH, or GERMAN. However, as most puzzles are on a symbolic level, no specific language skills are required.

How does the game work?

You enter the story as a team, search for clues, solve puzzles, and complete the mission before time runs out. Our games are designed so that everyone can contribute, regardless of age, experience, or language — making every player feel like the hero of the story.
Our adventures are language-independent and built around cooperation, discovery, and fun. They are also an excellent choice for birthdays, engagement surprises, and team-building activities.

Thinking out of the room

We do far more than build escape rooms. From mobile adventures to fully immersive installations, our in-house development team creates custom-made solutions with original stories, new puzzles, technical systems, scenography, audio, video, lighting, fog effects, and tailored hardware and software. We gamify castles and museums and create immersive exhibitions. Our Experience Escape to the Bivouac at the Slovenian Alpine Museum boasts prestigious international awards.

FAQ and Good things to know

Escape Room Enigmarium® is located in Ho, Blåvandshuk, West Denmark. Our games take place at Skallingevej 5, 6857 Blåvand. Free parking is available directly at the location. If you are arriving by car, the venue is easily accessible from Blåvand and the surrounding coastal area. For guests staying nearby, local bus connections operate between Blåvand and neighbouring towns.

Not at all!

The goal of the game is not simply to escape a locked room, but to complete a mission — for example, finding a secret ingredient or solving a story-driven challenge. That is why the door does not need to be locked, and if you are uncomfortable in enclosed spaces, we can even leave it open.

Players can leave the game or exit the room at any time. If a door is locked, there is always a clearly marked SOS button next to it, allowing you to open it whenever needed. However, leaving the room without a valid reason may end the game.

A Game Master follows the action via a live camera feed and can provide hints at any time if needed. The feed is not recorded.

Throughout the game, the Game Master follows your progress via live video feed from the control room — nothing is recorded. If you get stuck, hints can be sent to the countdown screen at any time, and you can also request one using the device in the room. Hints are a natural part of the experience and help keep the game fun, smooth, and engaging.

Our Game Masters will welcome you in Danish, German, or English, but no worries if you are not fluent in any of these languages — most of our puzzles are language-independent.

Designed around logic, teamwork, and practical thinking, the games are accessible, enjoyable, and made so that everyone can contribute.

Absolutely!

To help you enjoy the game without distractions, we recommend leaving your mobile phone in the locker provided for safekeeping. Of course, you are welcome to take the locker key with you into the escape room.

We also kindly ask you to keep the puzzle solutions secret. After all, it would not be nearly as fun if someone spoiled the experience for you in advance.

The adventure is suitable for the whole family (or group of friends). Younger family members can take charge of unlocking locks and searching for hidden objects, but for the full experience we recommend an age of 7 and up. Both the agility of younger players and the experience and wisdom of older ones are welcome, so there is no upper age limit.

As the game includes fairly demanding and complex tasks that require precision and patience, players under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Just yourself – and good company. Everything you will need to solve puzzles you’ll find in the room. If you use reading glasses bring them with you.
